Dispatch times are subject to stock availability. Order will courier out from warehouse within 3 working days from order date.
2. Delivery Policy
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping. Free shipping charges to ship out to West Malaysia and East Malaysia. Jabramalaysia Online do not handling order if order ship out to Malaysia.
Please note that customers are responsible for all freight charges for re-deliveries, incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.
3. Returning goods Policy
Jabramalaysia Online normally NOT doing any refund or exchanges if you :
- Simply change your mind ; or
- Purchased the wrong product ; or
- Not proof of purchase is provided
We reserve the right to reject yours return because of this clause of problem. We are not accept return if goods is NOT in good condition like undamaged packaging or box opened.
Jabramalaysia Online do not take responsibility for any goods damaged or lost in transit when the customer sends the product back to us for warranty or return. The manufacturer’s warranty may be void if the product is damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packed appropriately for shipping before sending it back to us. If you are unsure about how to pack a product appropriately for shipping please contact us. The consumer is responsible for any and all charges associated with returning the goods to Jabramalaysia Online.
Consumers may personally return goods to Jabramalaysia Online between working hours from 9.00am-6.00pm Monday – Friday unless otherwise organised with staff. To minimize processing delays customers are recommended to request a return merchandise authorization (RHS) number via the website and drop off your item/s with the approved return number.

For RTB (return to base) manufacturer’s warranty claims: customers are required to send the unit back to our services center or Jabra collection point with proof of purchase ( eg: invoice or order form) and a detailed fault description. Jabramalaysia Online recommends customers to use our online return form ,return merchandise authorization (RMA) number via the website for system to obtain further information on the warranty procedures and also access online status updates.
Please note that returns dropped into our services center will not be processed immediately due to RMA jobs already in the queue.
